ELIGIBILITY FOR ARCHITECTURE (B.ARCH.) COURSE
Passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject and secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in the HSC (Std XII) examination.
Passed Diploma in Engineering under 10 +3 scheme of State Board of Technical Examinations and secured Minimum 50% aggregate marks ( 45% for Backward Class Candidates) in the Diploma Examination.
Hold valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)conducted by Council of Architecture for Academic Year 2015- 2016 secured Minimum 40% marks i.e. (80/200) (As per Eligibility criteria for admission in the 1 st year of the 5 year Degree Course) prescribed in MASA brochure /Directives of Council of Architecture (COA) can apply for first year B.Arch. Course in Architecture through MASA process.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR ARCHITECTURE (B.ARCH.) COURSE
Candidates Qualifying for admission in the course shall have to follow all procedure of Admission and Directives of MASA, competent authority for admission in B.ARCH FIRST YEAR under centralized admission process approved by COA and Pravesh Niyantran Samittee of Maharashtra State.
Fees shall be charged as per the revision under the directives of the Shikshan ShulkSamiti for the new academic year 2015- 2016 as made applicable anytime during the course.
A) Tuition fees to be paid as per the directives of MASA in full in the form of demand draft as stated in MASA Admission Procedure. Balance Tuition Fees and Other fees if any shall be paid by D.D. drawn in favor of “SAMYAK SANKALPA COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE”, Payable at MUMBAI at the time of Admission in the Office within the prescribed Number of Days, after seat is confirmed by MASA under process.
B) On cancellation of admission, fees shall be refunded only after deductions in fees as per MASA norms for students admitted under MASA cap round
C) The fee structure includes CAUTION MONEY DEPOSIT of Rs. 1,000/-& Library deposit of Rs.3000/-which is refundable on completion of the course.
Further candidate should note that caution money will not be refunded if not claimed within Three years from the date of completion of the course.
